Final Terms of Reference

The Final Terms of Reference for the GLNG Environmental Impact Statement were drawn up by the Queensland Government. They were finalised following a period of public comment from stakeholders and the community.

The Final Terms of Reference provide an overview of the GLNG project, its component parts and requirements and the process for Environmental Impact Statement public consultation and participation.
